Replacement Theology
A new Replacement Theology - Man becoming like God
March 2012 Bill Wilson
A new brand of replacement theology is taking hold of the Christian Church--it is the replacement of YHVH (God) with man. Notwithstanding that there is nothing new under the sun, this “dominion” thinking has permeated church society with extra biblical, self indulgence and self aggrandizing delusion. Any combination of these characteristics is enough to lead unsuspecting Christians down a path of deception. Many cults have been exposed over the years where a specific man has convinced others he is either god or the only prophet of god. But what happens when man is convinced that he stands in the place of YHVH and that YHVH is limited by man’s actions?
The story is ancient. The Apostle Paul referred to it in 2 Corinthians 11:3 as he was warning the church about false prophets and deceivers, saying “But I fear lest, as The Serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, that your minds may also in this way be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus The Messiah).” Genesis 3 shows how satan as a serpent deceived Eve into eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Verses 4 and 5 say, “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For YHVH doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” The bait was to be like YHVH.
Isaiah 14:11-14 portrays a similar theme as Lucifer’s fall from heaven is described. The direct Hebrew translation says, “You thought to yourself...I will make myself like the Most High.’” In Acts 8, Simon the sorcerer offered to pay to receive the Holy Spirit “that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.” Peter told him in verse 20, “Thy money perish with thee, because thou has thought that the gift of YHVH may be purchased with money.” Point is: Man is not YHVH; man cannot “impart” what is YHVH’s. YHVH determines when and who receives His gifts, not man. This is just one example of how Christianity has twisted the truth of the Holy Scriptures by teaching that man imparts the gifts of YHVH.
There is a “dualistic” principle being applied in much of the church. That is, satan is a powerful adversary that must be withstood otherwise god’s kingdom cannot come. God can only act by man. Therefore, it is man who must battle satan and establish god’s kingdom on earth, otherwise god cannot return. This theology rejects the one true God (hence my use of “g”od), YHVH, of the Bible. YHVH, the Creator of the universe, does not need man to fight his battles and establish his kingdom. It is true that YHVH often chooses to work through man. In the end, however, it is Yeshua Ha Mashiach who redeems the earth and establishes His kingdom--not man, nor the “church.”
Revelation 19:14-15 says, “And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty YHVH.” There are no earthly humans here who established any kingdom so that Yeshua could return. Leading Christians to believe that they must establish the kingdom for Yeshuah to return is unbiblical and deceptive. It plays into satan’s “be like the Most High” mantra and leads to the end time one world religion. As Yeshua said in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.”

Yeah, every time I read this passage in Acts 8, reminds me of how the modern day "tithe giving" in the modern-day church has really born its rotten fruits over the long haul.
The messages with this false "tithe giving" teaching is that if you give at least 10% of your gross income in the offering plates, then God will pour out his abundant blessings on you, not only spiritually, but materially and financially as well. Ultimately, the messages one is getting is that power is BEING GIVEN UNTO YOU to receive all these kinds of blessings for the mere 10% you put in the offering plates.
WRONG! Our belief in Jesus Christ's finished work on THE CROSS AND his resurrection is what is given us our (spiritual)blessings, which is the FREE GIFT of the HOLY GHOST, THE CONFORTER, which is to teach us all things and guide us in all things! We did NOT earn this by our own good works, but it is a GIFT FROM GOD!
BETHLEHEM, Israel, March 2, 2012 PRNewswire
The following is a statement by Messianic Jewish Alliance of America:
On February 17, leaders of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA), Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations (UMJC), International Messianic Jewish Alliance (IMJA) and the International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues (IAMCS), representing the mainstream Messianic Jewish movement, issued a joint statement on the Christ at the Checkpoint (CatC) conference scheduled for March 5–9 in Bethlehem.
The local committee of CatC responded promptly to our statement with a letter posted at their website. On the surface, the CatC response was collegial, but seemed to miss or ignore the point of our original statement.
We recognize and are deeply concerned with the struggle of Palestinian Christians. What we object to is a conference that is explicitly pro-Palestinian and anti- Israel,
which seeks to promote itself as a conference on peace and reconciliation. The local committee concludes,
"We plead with you to affirm our unity in Christ. Together, we can stand against all forms of violence, racism and hatred, and together we can work toward peace and reconciliation."
Despite this plea, the conference is structured and promoted in a way that impedes working together toward peace and reconciliation:
1) The title and image of "Christ at the Checkpoint." The local committee claims,
"By using the title 'Christ at the Checkpoint,' we in no way mean that Israel is withholding Jesus at the Checkpoint, or that Israel is involved in a systematic persecution of Christians."
We appreciate that reassurance, but apparently your title conveys something else to your own organizers.
On his website, your program coordinator, Stephen Sizer posts featured speaker Shane Claiborne explaining that the conference is
"Named after the reality that Jesus would have a hard time making the Gospel pilgrimage because of the walls and checkpoints in the Holy Land"
Of course, Israel is the one maintaining these "walls and checkpoints." Your letter to us massages the meaning of "Christ at the Checkpoint,"
but your graphic is clear enough, a church with a cross on top, behind barbed wire, hemmed in by a massive Israeli wall.
Zionism
2) The advocacy of one specific political position, anti-Zionism, in the conference core principles.
As with the conference name and logo, organizers are entitled to hold this position,
but they shouldn't act surprised when it undermines or invalidates their claim to be about reconciliation.
You may include two or three pro-Zionist speakers in your agenda, but you've already stated your conclusion that
Zionism "has become ethnocentric, privileging one people at the expense of others."
Stephen Sizer, program coordinator, clearly positions himself as opposed to Zionism and to any unique Jewish claim upon Jerusalem.
CatC appears to be an anti- Israel and anti-Christian Zionist conference thinly disguised as an effort at peace and reconciliation.
In their response letter, the local committee is at pains to clarify that, "We do not endorse or preach any theology that discriminates or harms the Jewish people," and "it is natural and right for Jewish believers to expose anti-Semitism and all forms of violence against Israelis and Jewish people around the world." Accordingly, we do speak out against the supersessionist theology that underlies their conference agenda, and which has been a source of anti-Semitism and even anti-Jewish violence for centuries.
Christ (who?) at the Checkpoint
March 22, 2012 by Jerusalem Connection
Christ at the Checkpoint conference in Bethlehem rebukes Israel, demands empathy for Islamist terrorists.
This gathering was teaching from the pit of HELL itself, and
promoted the thinking which caused the holocaust and present day killing of Jews and attacks on Israel.
