Sovereign-citizen movement on FBI's radar
Feb 2012
Feds describe 'extremist anti-government group' as major threat
With the FBI pounding on his door, and his wife and two children barely awake, Shawn Rice allegedly strapped on a bulletproof vest, grabbed a semiautomatic pistol and stepped out his back door on Dec. 22.

But dozens of FBI agents and local police had surrounded the ranch house in Seligman, Ariz., about 80 miles west of Flagstaff, and the only nearby cover was knee-high sagebrush. Rice ducked back inside, and warned the FBI to keep away.

After a tense 10-hour standoff, Rice, 49, was arrested. He now sits in a Las Vegas jail awaiting trial on federal money-laundering charges.
But it wasn’t Rice’s alleged offense alone that prompted the FBI’s interest.

use law enforcement and the citizens they protect need his expertise, dedication and honor at the Justice Department.
The nation’s sheriffs and deputies know Sen. Sessions will support them because throughout his career he has been a crime fighter who seeks justice fairly. As a U.S. attorney and Alabama attorney general, he successfully pursued and prosecuted violent criminals, corrupt politicians and white collar criminals.

FBI 'Most Wanted' list
April,  2012
-  Child porn suspect replaces Osama bin Laden.
A former private school teacher and camp counselor who is suspected of producing child pornography has replaced slain al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitive List.
Eric Justin Toth, 30, fled the Maryland-Washington, D.C., area in 2008 after pornographic images  of children were discovered on Toth’s camera and warrants for his arrest were issued, the FBI said. Toth also sometimes assumes the name David Bussone.

Violent crime dropped in 2011, but murders in small towns spiked
Jun 2012
Violent crime dropped in 2011, preliminary figures released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  According to the FBI's "Preliminary Annual Uniform Crime Report," violent crimes fell 4 percent nationwide, part of a decade-plus decline in that category.

Murder was down about 2 percent, according to the FBI, while forcible rape, robbery and aggravated assault all fell 4.0 percent when compared to 2010. But in towns with populations of less than 10,000, there was an 18.3 percent increase in murder in 2011. There was also a 0.6 percent increase in murder in the Midwest.

The FBI did not give reasons for the trends.

Property crimes declined about 1 percent. Arson—which is considered a property crime though counted separately—fell 5 percent, the FBI said. The only overall rise in property crimes was burglary, which was up marginally.
Data for the report is collected by the bureau from participating state and federal law enforcement agencies. Final figures will be published this fall.

FBI begins installation of $1 billion face recognition system across America
Sep 2012
Birthmarks, be damned: the FBI has officially started rolling out a state-of-the-art face recognition project that will assist in their effort to accumulate and archive information about each and every American at a cost of a billion dollars.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has reached a milestone in the development of their Next Generation Identification (NGI) program and is now implementing the intelligence database in unidentified locales across the country, New Scientist reports in an article this week. The FBI first outlined the project back in 2005, explaining to the Justice Department in an August 2006 document (.pdf) that their new system will eventually serve as an upgrade to the current Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) that keeps track of citizens with criminal records across America .

“The NGI Program is a compilation of initiatives that will either improve or expand existing biometric identification services,” its administrator explained to the Department of Justice at the time, adding that  the project, “will accommodate increased information processing and sharing demands in support of anti-terrorism.”

“The NGI Program Office mission is to reduce terrorist and criminal activities by improving and expanding biometric identification and criminal history information services through research, evaluation and implementation of advanced technology within the IAFIS environment.”

Privacy Concerns Over FBI's New Facial Recognition System
October 2012
In July, Sen. Al Franken opened a Senate hearing on the privacy and civil liberties implications of facial recognition technology, civil liberties, and domestic security by affirming some incontrovertible facts. “You can change your password. You can get a new credit card. But you can't change your fingerprint, and you can't change your face,” Franken said. “Unless I guess you go to a great, you know, deal of trouble.” Franken was expressing concerns about the Next Generation Identification system, a database the FBI has been steadily building over the past several years that harnesses the data-gathering power of an emerging slew of forensic technologies. When fully deployed, NGI will allow the bureau to..

FBI adds first woman to list of most wanted terrorists
May, 2013
The FBI put a woman on its list of most wanted terrorists for the first time Thursday — a 1970s black radical who authorities say shot a New Jersey trooper, made a daring daylight escape from prison and fled to Cuba.

The agency and the state also doubled the bounty for her capture to $2 million.

The announcement was the latest turn in the 40-year saga of Joanne Chesimard — also known as Assata Shakur — who was part of the Black Liberation Army and became one of the most notorious fugitives in New Jersey history.
“While we cannot right the wrongs of the past, we can and will continue to pursue justice no matter how long it takes,” said Aaron Ford, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Newark office.

Shouldn't she be on America's Most Wanted List instead?

FBI chief is wild card for HELLary Clinton
Dec 1, 2015
 -  FBI Director James Comey is the pivotal figure in the 2016 presidential race that no one is talking about.  Comey is investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of State.  The FBI will have the final say on whether HELLary Clinton did anything illegal.

In 2004 Comey investigated the mishandling of classified information by Sandy Berger. (Burglar)
Comey takes classified information very, very seriously.  We'll see.

The Democratic nomination candidate must be on ballots.
A candidate who is not on a primary ballot cant win delegates from that state.
If the FBI prevents Hellary from being on the ballot, she cant win.
And Judge Napolitano has stated she will NOT be on the ballot, and neither will Jeb Bush.

Sandy Burgler dead
Dec 3, 2015  -  Sandy Berger, former Clinton national security adviser, dies.
Sandy Berger has died at the age of 70 from cancer.  He served under President Bill Clinton.

Attorney Sandy 'burgler' Berger was a criminal.
President Bill Clinton signed a letter authorizing former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger’s access to classified documents that later came up missing from the National Archives.

Berger plea bargained a criminal sentence on the charge of unlawfully removing and retaining classified documents. A judge gave him no prison time.  Sandy Berger fined $50,000 for illegally removing highly classified documents from the National Archives and intentionally destroying some of them.  WHY wasnt he thrown in JAIL!?  Because he was a DEMONcRAT.

FBI HELLary Email probe expands to public corruption
Jan 11, 2016
Catherine Herridge  -  FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email has expanded to look at the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation work and State Department business may have violated public corruption laws.  Clinton Foundation donations and the dispensation of State Department contracts.

There is potential overlap of State Department and Clinton Foundation work, and questions over whether donors benefited from their contacts inside the administration.  The Clinton Foundation is a public charity, known as a 501(c)(3). It had grants and contributions in excess of $144 million in 2013, the most current available data.

Inside the FBI, pressure is growing to pursue the case.
FBI agents would be screaming if a prosecution is not pursued because many previous public corruption cases have been made and successfully prosecuted with much less evidence than what is emerging in this investigation.

The FBI is particularly on edge in the wake of how the case of former CIA Director David Petraeus was handled.  Petraeus was given a slap on the wrist for sharing highly classified information, pleaded guilty, AG Eric Holder initially declined to prosecute.   In the Petraeus case, the exposure of classified information was assessed to be limited.

By contrast, in the Clinton case, the number of classified emails has risen to at least 1,340.   It is unclear which inquiry was opened first by the FBI and whether they eventually will be combined and presented before a special grand jury.  The public corruption angle dates back to at least April 2015. (O please, it goes back to Arkansas decades ago!)
100 special agents assigned to the investigations.
No one in their right mind believes ANYthing Hellary says, as she is such a repeatedly proven LIAR.

FBI and DOJ are super pissed at White House
Jan 30, 2016
PJ Media  -  Catherine Herridge contacts in the FBI and DOJ are super pissed off at what Josh Earnest said about Hillary Clinton's emails. Earnest threw cold water on predictions that Hillary Clinton will face a Justice Department indictment for mishandling classified information.

FBI and Justice Department are pissed, Earnest has absolutely no clearance in the FBI investigation.  Even worse, Obama said he did not see any national security implications to the Clinton emails.

Dept. of inJustice may be FORCED to indict Hillary
Feb  2016
-  Incontrovertible evidence that Hillary Clinton seriously mishandled classified material.
Many fear even if the FBI recommends indictment, the Obama DOJ under Loretta Lynch will let Clinton off.  Sources familiar with FBI Director James Comey suggest he is likely to resign in protest and take other high-level FBI officials with him.

Clinton’s actions in the e-mail scandal constitute a breach more glaring than the one for which General David Petraeus was convicted.  Comey’s agents are likely to recommend a Clinton indictment to the Department of Justice.

If AG Lynch and the DOJ signal that they’re going to ignore the FBI’s investigations, Cuccinelli along with Judge Andrew Napolitano, Roger Stone, Charles Krauthammer, and other observers  predict that Comey will resign in protest, and other high-level FBI officials could follow him out the door.

Comey almost resigned a high-profile law-enforcement job once before, upset because he thought White House politics were overruling the law.  Comey’s been willing to defy a White House before.

To know Jim Comey is also to know his fierce independence and his deep integrity.
It will much hard for the Department of inJustice to ignore what his bureau has to say about Clinton’s dangerous misconduct.
