New Sitcom 'Living Biblically' Promises to Be Anything but Holy
2/8/17

CBS has ordered a new pilot called Living Quoranically. It's about a "modern-day man who, at a crossroads in his life, decides to live life according to" the Quran. The comedy will revolve around the main character's bumbling attempts to get his mother and sister to don burqas and convinces himself that Jewish acquaintances are apes. The jokes just write themselves.

Except, of course, that there is no sitcom pilot about living strictly by the Quran. That would take courage to buck political correctness (not to mention angering people with a penchant for beheadings). The pilot is actually called Living Biblically, and it stars Johnny Galecki from TV's longest–running sex joke, The Big Bang Theory. The holy book of Jews and Christians as a source of comedy? What could go wrong?

The Hollywood Reporter says the pilot is part of a new trend in TV. Somebody in Hollywood noticed a strange species—one that resides outside gluten-free hipster enclaves.

Living Biblically arrives as broadcast networks have been reevaluating their programming this pilot season. Dramas and comedies that appeal to the heartland—i.e. parts of Trump America that may have been underserved on the small screen—have been among this season's hottest trends. Of those pickups, military dramas (and comedies) have been hot as well as religious programming. ABC has drama The Gospel of Kevin, which follows a down-on-his-luck guy who is tasked by God with a mission to save the world, and NBC has drama For God and Country, which explores personal sacrifices of the members of the military.

Sounds good, but it's hard to create content for people you didn't know existed before Nov. 9. Their language and primitive culture and beliefs (including the sky God their Bible thingy is always on about) are completely foreign. Authenticity may be hard to achieve.

But in the end, that doesn't matter. Hollywood knows its audience—Hollywood. And if you tick off some Christians, well, what are they gonna do?

Latest ‘Christian’ new age film blasted as not so Christian
2/12/17

It’s a “Christian” new age book featured on numerous bestseller lists for more than 100 weeks – an unprecedented accomplishment in publishing history. Almost 10 years after publication, it remains one of the top selling books at Amazon.com and a bestseller in several categories.

And now “The Shack” has been turned into a movie premiering next month that will bring its message to a whole new audience.

Some Christians might be tempted to rejoice.

But “The Shack” gives audiences false hope, telling them what they want to hear, say critics. And those who know the book and its theology contend it teaches heresy and is leading Christians astray.

Whoopi Goldberg defends Tiffany Trump
Feb 17, 2017
-  Tiffany Trump bullied at New York Fashion Week and Whoopi Goldberg came to her defense. God bless Whoopi! President Donald Trump’s 23-year-old daughter Tiffany was attending the Philipp Plein show when she found that the seats next to her were suddenly emptying. Nobody wants to sit next to Tiffany Trump.  They left their seats after Tiffany sat down.

Designer Philipp Plein rushed to Tiffany Trump's defense.  Also coming to Trump's defense was comedian Whoopi Goldberg.  She was appalled by the treatment of the president's daughter. Goldberg said,  You know what, Tiffany, I'm coming to sit with you. Tiffany Trump thanked Goldberg for her support, tweeting, "Thank you @WhoopiGoldberg I'd love to sit with you too!"

No 'Doubt:' New CBS Drama Pushes Dangerous Transgender Agenda
2/17/17

The new CBS legal drama Doubt premiered on Wednesday night, and while it stars Katherine Heigl, Laverne Cox is getting all the attention for being the first transgender to be cast as a series regular on a network TV show—i.e. liberals are forcing the radical LGBQT agenda on American TV viewers again.

Cox plays Cameron, a lawyer whose client, Lester, is a paranoid schizophrenic on trial for murder. In order to get her client a verdict of not-guilty by reason of insanity, Cameron wants Lester to stop taking his medication so his symptoms are more visible to the jury. In this scene, Lester asks if Cameron is a man because "I didn't know if it was real or in my mind."

Cameron: Just like yesterday, not taking your meds is your choice.
   Lester: You're a man, right?
   Dad: Lester ...
Cameron: It's okay. I'm a woman, but I used to be a man.
Lester: That's right. I remember you told me.
Cameron: Are you still comfortable with me representing you?
Lester: Yeah. I-I just didn't know if it was real or in my mind.
   Cameron: It's real.
   Lester: I'm not taking these.

Cameron says, "I'm a woman, but I used to be a man."

Sorry, but there is no "used to be." As much as you change your outside appearance, you can't change your chromosomes. As Dr. Joseph Berger, a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, says, "Cosmetic surgery will not make a man become a woman, capable of menstruating, ovulating and having children. Cosmetic surgery will not make a woman into a man, capable of generating sperm that can unite with an egg or ovum from a woman and fertilize that egg to produce a human child."

'The Real O'Neals' Declares God Is a Woman Who Looks Like Bea Arthur
2/22/17

This week, ABC's Disney, anyone surprised? The Real O'Neals focused on the often-overlooked Catholic sacrament of confirmation. As Kenny (Noah Galvin) states, it's an act that "strengthens our bond with the church." Sounds like a nice little episode, right? Nope! That connection with the church apparently extends to seeing God as whatever you want, even a woman. Yeah, nobody shows the bond to the Catholic Church more strongly than The Real O'Neals.

In the Feb. 21 episode, "The Real Confirmation," Shannon (Bebe Wood) prepares for her confirmation with her replacement godfather V.P. Murray (Matt Oberg), which is already a bad story if you think about it, but it gets worse. You see, her problem arises when the priest won't let her post her confirmation essay after refusing to change her topic of God being a woman. Here is her summary.

   Shannon: So ...

   Murray: Aah!

Shannon: ... Here's why I called you to your office.

Murray: You've reconsidered. You don't want me to be your godfather. That's a wise choice.

Shannon: No, you're still in. Sit.

   Murray: Hmm.

Shannon: Here's the deal—Everyone getting confirmed has to write an essay about their spiritual journey, but Father Phil refuses to approve mine.

Murray: Too many cuss words? Did you go blue?

   advertisement

Shannon: No. I refer to God as female. I always had a hard time relating to a higher power until I realized "He" can be a "She." And I wanted other people to know they could see God however they want, too, but Father Phil doesn't think that's kosher, and he won't confirm me unless I change every "She" to a "He."

Murray: So, you need to borrow some wite-out? [sic] Because I have many shades.

Shannon: No. I'm not changing anything. This is my confirmation, and it has to mean something to me. That is why I need you. ... To talk to Father Phil.

   Murray: Me?

Shannon: You have pull with him, right?

Murray: Push. Pull. I mean, who's to say what we have. Words cannot really describe our relationship.

Shannon: Then go talk to him and change his mind. You can do it. I believe in you, Godfather. Don't be a Fredo.

   Murray: What happens to Fredo?

What does her supposed godfather Murray think about Shannon's view? He agrees, of course! I guess it's just better and easier to agree with the argument of God the Father being "a woman sitting at a typewriter wearing an A-line skirt and sensible boots," who "looked a lot or exactly like Bea Arthur." After all, who is he to help her understand how she should view God? Except, you know—her godfather.

Really, does anyone on this show have time for another option? Or at least a sensible one? Anyone?

La La Land actually won
Feb 28, 2017
-  Moonlight did not really win the Best Picture award, La La Land did. The voting was fixed to unfairly give LGBTQ Moonlight top honors. The reason is that it gratuitously promotes homosexuality within the black community.  Prime example - Barak 0bama.

I dont care a thing about this depravity, but thot this worth posting.

Disney’s First ‘Exclusively Gay Moment’ Hits Screens In Beauty And The Beast Live Action Version
Now, Disney is to move firmly into a new era as it introduces its first “exclusively gay moment”, disclosing the new version of Beauty and the Beast will star a manservant exploring his sexuality.

3/1/17

Disney built its reputation on princesses finding their prince, living happily ever after in storylines which set the benchmark for romance for generations of children.

“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.” Romans 1:26,27 (KJV)

EDITOR’S NOTE: About a year ago, someone who is a huge Disney fan unfriended me on Facebook because I had written an article pointing to the day when formerly family-friendly Disney Studios would begin to support and promote the LGBTQP movement. She said that a). such a thing would never happen, and b). that I should not be telling people lies. Well guess what? That day arrives March 17 of this year.

Now, Disney is to move firmly into a new era as it introduces its first “exclusively gay moment”, disclosing the new version of Beauty and the Beast will star a manservant exploring his sexuality. The live-action version of Beauty and the Beast is already on course to be the most thoroughly modern film of its kind, with star Emma Watson discussing how she made the role of Belle more feminist.

The team have now revealed one character, LeFou, will experience Disney’s first ever “gay moment” on screen, as he struggles with his feelings for ultra-macho leading man Gaston.
