Utah criminal Harry Reid
Nov 19, 2015
-  Utah prosecutor investigating SINator Harry Reid.
A Utah county prosecutor is investigating U.S. SINator Harry Reid of Nevada in connection with a scheme involving former Utah attorneys general.  Davis County Attorney Troy Rawlings is looking into allegations.  Dirty Harry Reid is absolutely a criminal, so is his son, but there is usually no Justice in the USA under pseudopharoah Barry Hussein.

UTAH governor to seize lands from feds
Feb 2, 2016
-  The federal government claims 64% of the lands in Utah, but Governor Gary Herbert plans to seize 31 million acres of Utah land from the federal government and restore control of the lands to the people of Utah. The action is unprecedented.

In 2012, the Utah legislature passed the Transfer of Public Lands Act. This law demanded that the federal government relinquish its hold on the land by December 31st, 2015, but Washington DC didnt blink. Now Governor Herbert intends to take the lands 3 weeks from now.  The seizure entails a 4-step plan, including education, negotiation, legislation and litigation. And the state is prepared for the costs involved for the effort.

The news is welcomed by Americans all across the west who have grown weary of the abuses of the federal government against ranchers, miners, loggers, farmers and other property owners who have been harassed and abused by the BLM.
The question remains – How will the federal government respond?

America land is being - and has been - sold to foreign nations, other nations own land in Washington state, oregon, texas, nevada, calif - either ariz or NM and want MORE land.  BLM just tells ranchers they no longer own the land they bought the deed to
in the old testament when Israel sinned their enemies took them captive. that is happening in America - same reason

Western Tuesday *  Beast state Utah!

Arizona primaries won by Trump, Clinton, Sanders wins Utah.
Mar 23, 2016
-  The battle for delegates. Ted Cruz, and Gov. John Kasich compete against Donald Trump in Arizona, Idaho, and Utah on Western Tuesday primary.  Some Arizona voters waited hours, even past the official closing times, to get inside poll locations.

UTAH *  40 delegates, over 50% winner-take-all
Soros kontrolled online voting.  Ted Cruz won.  Lots of voting problems in Utah.  Trouble with online voting in Utah

Donald Trump wins Arizona primary and all 58 delegates
Long lines and high interest across Arizona, Utah and Idaho.
In Utah voters lined up to caucus and the state Democrat Party website crashed due to high traffic.  In Arizona, voters waited two hours to cast ballots in some cases, while police were called to help with traffic control and at least one polling place ran out of ballots.

UTAH  *  CRIMINAL STATE!
UTAH CAUCUSES  OUTRIGHT  FRAUD
Mar 23, 2016  -  If Ted Cruz had ANY honor at all, he'd disavow the Utah results completely
.

Republicans attending the Utah Election Caucuses were each given hand-fulls of Ballots, told to Vote as many times as they wish.  When the time came to place the ballots in a tin can for counting, people walked in the door with ballots, stuffing several at a time into the ballot box.

Appeals court orders Utah to fund Planned Parenthood branch
July 2016  SALT LAKE CITY
-   A federal appeals court ordered Utah to keep sending money to the state branch of Planned Parenthood, overturning an unusual lower-court ruling that allowed the governor to block the group's funding.

The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver decided there's a good chance the move was politically motivated and violated the group's constitutional rights. The ruling extends an order that keeps the money flowing while a lawsuit goes back before a judge in Utah.

Republican Gov. Gary Herbert cut off cash last fall for sexually transmitted disease and sex education programs following the release of secretly recorded videos showing out-of-state employees discussing fetal tissue from abortions.

The head of the Planned Parenthood Association of Utah said the move amounted to retribution against an organization Herbert opposes.

CEO Karrie Galloway said Tuesday's ruling is a victory for the clinic's patients. "Our doors are open today and they will be tomorrow_no matter what," she said in a statement.

Two appeals court judges wrote in Tuesday's ruling that Herbert likely used the controversy to take a public swipe at the group because it provides abortions.  A third judge dissented from the ruling and questioned whether Planned Parenthood would ultimately prevail.

Herbert believes contract decisions should be made by the state, and he is disappointed Tuesday's ruling, his spokesman said. He and the attorney general will be considering the state's next steps.

Lawyers for the Utah branch argued it has never participated in fetal donation programs. They also filed emails showing state health officials were concerned about defunding the programs that serve thousands of teenagers and low-income people.

State attorneys have argued that the governor has the right to end contracts and that Planned Parenthood was still under a cloud of suspicion when Herbert ordered state agencies to stop acting as a pass-through for federal money.

Herbert said he was offended by the callousness of the discussion shown on the videos, which sparked uproar among Republican leaders around the country.

Several states have moved to strip Planned Parenthood of contracts and federal money, and the organization has sued in states like Arkansas, Alabama and Louisiana.

While most court decisions have allowed money to keep flowing, U.S. District Judge Clark Waddoups in Utah decided the governor could block the money because the state has an interest in avoiding the perception of corruption.

While Waddoups acknowledged that the Utah organization has not broken any laws, he said it has associated with other Planned Parenthood entities accused of illegally selling fetal tissue to researchers for profit.

The contracts that the governor blocked are worth $275,000, a small portion of the organization's $8 million budget. It also receives money through federal contracts, fees from clients, insurance and contributions.

Multiple investigations by Congress and several states have cleared Planned Parenthood of illegal acts. A Texas grand jury also cleared the group and instead indicted two of the activists who made the undercover videos.

Some Polygamists Urge Fleeing Utah After Senate Approves Anti-Bigamy Bill
3/18/17

With only five minutes left in the legislative session, the Utah Senate approved a new anti-bigamy law by a margin of a single vote. It will only take Gov. Gary Herbert (R) a few seconds to sign it, if that is his decision.

Herbert hasn’t said which way he is leaning on the legislation.

Rather than wait for Herbert to make up his mind, the best advice to all those with multiple spouses from the “Sisters Wives” reality TV show cast, a real-life family of polygamists, is to get out of Utah now.

Another family — one man and his three wives — has vowed to never leave Utah.

"My concern is all this is going to do is drive the good polygamous people who don't have those abuses more into hiding," Meri Brown, a plural wife, told the Salt Lake Tribune, "and it's going to make the people who do have those abuses just be able to do them even more.”
