Iran, Elam in the Latter Days
John McTernan

Jeremiah 49:38
And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.

Elam is an ancient geographical location mentioned in the Bible. Today its location would be mainly in Iran with a small section in Iraq.
It bordered with the ancient Babylonian Empire. The actual location of Elam would be the very northern end of the Persian Gulf and down along with the west coast of Iran.
Today one of main sections of ancient Elam would include Bushehr Province with the capital city of Bushehr.
On a map of the Persian Gulf, Bushehr would be directly across from Kuwait.

Bushehr is very important today because it is the location of Iran’s nuclear facility and has the attention of the world.
Thus, the physical location of ancient Elam is critical today.

It is feared that Iran would use this plant to help build nuclear weapons to destroy Israel and threaten other nations.
Israel has stated that it will not allow Iran to become a nuclear power, and it is very possible Israel will attack Iran to destroy this nuclear complex at Bushehr.
It is also possible that World War 3 could start over the Bushehr nuclear plant.
Thus, ancient Elam has become a focal point in dealing with Israel and fits directly into God’s prophetic plan as the world heads toward the day of the LORD.

In the Bible, the word Elam seldom appears. The name was derived from Noah’s grandson from Shem (Genesis 10:22).
In Genesis 14 a battle is recorded between Abraham and a confederation of Kings. Chedorlaomer was listed as the king of Elam and part of the battle.
In Isaiah 11:11 Elam is listed as one of the locations the Jews will return from just prior to the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus.
In Daniel 8, the prophet was in Elam.
Elam was listed with the nations that assisted the Assyrians and Babylonians in their attacks against Jerusalem. The prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel all write blistering judgments against Elam.

The Prophet Jeremiah speaks the most about Elam, as he describes a severe judgment against Elam.
In very powerful language God describes His fierce anger and judgment against Elam.
The judgment against Elam is very intense with language that is only found in these verses. These verses found in chapter 49 follow:

Jeremiah 49:34-39
The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.
And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds
and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, saith the LORD
and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them: And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.
But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

The context of Jeremiah 49 is judgment on nations that will be fulfilled during the Day of the LORD. The judgment against Elam was not fulfilled but will be in the future.
The prophecy speaks of the people being driven off the land and scattered into all the world. This has never happened in recorded history.
It also speaks of the God of Israel setting His throne in Elam. This has never happened. This is all future because this prophecy was never fulfilled.
It appears that with Elam now the focus of world attention, God is about to fulfill it.

According to Obadiah 1:15, God judges nations in relation to what that nation does to Israel.
The judgment as recorded in Jeremiah 49 indicates that Elam was a fierce enemy of Israel.  It participated in two attacks on Jerusalem.
Elam was with the Assyrians and assisted the Babylons in their attacks on Jerusalem.
Now, Israel is once again a nation and ancient Elam/Iran is again trying to destroy Israel and capture Jerusalem.
Iran wants to destroy Israel and drive the Jews into the entire world; therefore, Elam is going to be destroyed and the people scattered into the nations.
Right now Elam/Iran is a fierce enemy of Israel and wants to wipe Israel off the map. Literally, a nuclear reactor sits in Elam for the purpose of destroying Israel.
Elam is Israel’s most dangerous enemy.

Mahdi / Messiah / AntiChrist

Elam/Iran is also the center of Shiite Islam which wants to conquer the world for Allah.
It is the center of belief in the Mahdi who the Shiite Muslims believe will lead Islam to conquer the world.
Elam can be viewed as the number one enemy of the God of Israel.
Shiite Islam led by Elam/Iran is about to violently collide with God's End-Time prophetic plan as stated in the Bible.

Jeremiah records in verse 35 that God is going to break the bow of Elam which means its military power. In verse 36, the prophet states,
"And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven."  This is the first time the term 4 winds is used in the Bible.
Later the Prophet Daniel uses this expression . It means fierce judgment. God is going to bring judgment from every angle and drive them off the land.

A special judgment is decreed against Elam.
In verse 38, God is going to set His throne in Elam. This is an astonishing verse!
This is the only nation other than Israel, where God states He is going to set His throne!
It is clear from many scriptures that God is going to set His throne in His Holy Temple in Jerusalem. It appears that this verse is indicating that God's authority will be over Elam.
Right now Islam is the authority over Elam as Iran is the center of militant Islam and the promotion of the Mahdi to rule the world.
Is God singling out Elam because it is the center of Islam's attempt to destroy Israel and take over the world?
This verse shows that Islam will be broken and the nation that wanted the Mahdi to conquer the world will be under the authority of the God of Israel.
In verse 39, Jeremiah wrote that in the "Latter-Day" God would bring the people back to Elam.
This means that during the reign of the Lord Jesus, God is going to show His mercy and bring the Elam/Iranians back into the land.

Awesome events are about to break over Elam. They have a nuclear reactor and are making plans to destroy Israel. Elam is preparing for the Mahdi and world conquest. The prophecy recorded in Jeremiah 49:34-39 is waiting to be fulfilled. It appears the time to judge Elam/Iran and Islam is at hand. The throne of the Lord Jesus will be over Elam.
Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Return of the Mahdi Is Nigh
August 27,  2010
Robert Morley
IRAN may be days away from going nuclear, in the full sense of the word.  Russia is complicit, Israel is handcuffed, America’s will is broken, and Europe appears impotent.
The countdown to a nuclear Iran is nearing its end. Will anyone stop Iran from unleashing a Muslim-inspired Armageddon?

On Saturday August 21 Iran began commissioning its first nuclear power plant.
Barring a full-scale invasion, it may now be impossible to stop Iran from building nuclear weapons (if it hasn’t already).
With Russian-supplied uranium in its reactors, any aerial bombing risks spreading nuclear fallout far beyond the Persian Gulf region.

Who would take such a risk? Israel might have previously, but American handcuffing purposefully postponed military options until the risk of fallout made them possibly non-options.

America does not have the will to stop Iran either. It has proven great at talking, at negotiating, at pleading. And at being told what it can do with all its empty rhetoric.

Iran just doesn’t care!
On Friday, the day before it began loading its radioactive uranium rods, Iranian Defense Minister, Brig. Gen. Ahmad Vahidi announced the launch of a special new upgraded surface-to-surface missile. Written on the side of the missile was a very specific and literal message for President Obama, the world, and anyone who would oppose Iran.

Ya Mahdi—also known as the 12th imam—is the most important Shiite personage after Mohammad. The belief of a returning Mahdi, or 12th imam, is a defining doctrine within the most populous group of Shiite Muslims (known as the “Twelvers”), to which Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a devout adherent.

Why is this important?
Twelvers believe that the 12th imam will emerge from hiding during a time of world chaos to bring order and exalt Shiite believers to their rightful place. Ahmadinejad belongs to this sect, which believes it is their job to pave the way for the Mahdi’s return. Ahmadinejad claims that Ya Mahdi has communicated with him personally and that it is within his ability to hasten the Mahdi’s return.

The televised viewing of the missile’s launch, which was accompanied by shouts of “Allahu Akbar” (meaning, our God is greatest) and timed to coincide with the arrival of nuclear fuel to the Bushehr reactor, sent an unmistakable message.

And if the world didn’t get it, Iran sent it another memo on Sunday, the day after the nuclear reactor got the fuel.
On Sunday, Ahmadinejad announced the completion of Iran’s very first unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) capable of delivering weapon payloads. Named the Karrar, Ahmadinejad said the new weapon would be an “ambassador of death” for Iran’s enemies.

In the past, American officials have scoffed at Iran’s uav technology, noting that past models were small drones, only capable of monitoring. This new model has a range of 1,000 kilometers and can carry two bombs weighing 250 pounds each. Analysts say Iran’s rapid advances are due to Russian technology.

In the same Sunday victory speech, Ahmadinejad also announced that Iran would begin mass production of the Bladerunner 51, a boat often referred to as the world’s fastest. Ahmadinejad christened the more heavily armed Iranian version of the Bladerunner “Zolfaqar.” Zolfaqar was the name of Shiite Imam Ali’s famous sword. Imam Ali, the first imam, was known as “Allah’s Lion” for his aggressive wars against unbelievers. Earlier, in June, Iran announced that it would no longer accept UN-approved cargo inspections on Iran-bound ships. From now on, Iran would use its burgeoning navy to retaliate by searching foreign vessels of offending nations.

So with Iran growing stronger and more radicalized, who is going to stop it from hastening the return of Ya Mahdi by getting the bomb?

It certainly won’t be the United States. Remember the famous 2007 National Intelligence Estimate (nie) released by the U.S. government claiming that Iran actually gave up its nuclear weapons program way back in 2003. That report also claimed that Iran was a “rational actor” not motivated by religion and that it could be coerced into giving up its civilian nuclear program by conventional means such as economic sanctions and political pressure.

At the time of the 2007 nie report, Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry wrote that the “report was America’s indirect announcement to a stunned world that we lack the will to ever stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons” (emphasis mine throughout).
“Americans prefer to live in a fantasy world—like the one portrayed in the nie,” he wrote.

A fantasy world is one in which someone tells you he is going to do everything he can to wipe you off the face of the map and you don’t believe him. A fantasy world is one in which a country labels you as “the Great Satan” because it wants to form a partnership with you. And a fantasy world is one in which a country with the world’s third-largest oil and natural gas resources builds a nuclear power station because it needs more electricity.

Unfortunately, when you are dealing with nuclear weapons, living in a fantasy world can lead to a nightmare.

Iran has sent a clear message to the world: We are going nuclear and there is nothing you can do about it. And even if you try, we will actually welcome that because you are just doing us a favor. Long live the 12th imam and hasten his return.
As America fades from Iraq, one nation is stepping into the power void. To learn what power the Bible predicts will actually put a stop to Iran’s nuclear program, read History and Prophecy of the Middle East.

Vision of the Final End Time Conflict
June 15, 2009
  By Perry Stone
In the mid 1980s I was ministering at the Sanctuary which is a great church in Deland, Florida. Following one of the services a young man asked to speak to me and shared a vision that he had experienced. When I heard this, I knew it was from the Lord.

The time of the vision was in the 1970s. In the vision the young man saw a very large field of ripe grain. The sky was a clear blue and the weather was perfect. A large army was marching across the field. The individuals were happy and excited, laughing and enjoying themselves.

Suddenly, large vultures from the sky began swooping down upon the field. In the Bible birds can represent evil spirits (Mark 4). As the vultures descended upon the people, there were three forms of weapons being carried in their claws. The birds began dropping these items onto the field.

First, tares began to appear in the midst of the wheat. The purpose of the tares was to stop the harvest. As the vultures continued to swirl over the army below, they began dropping stones onto the field. Each stone had a particular problem written on it that would become a stumbling block if a person tripped over the stone. The stones were hidden in the field and could not be seen unless a person was watching and paying careful attention. The third items clinched in the claws of many of the vultures appeared to be missiles that were thrust toward certain individuals in the army. As these were fired from the air, they became fiery darts that would hit the person and ignite their mind. This resulted in setting their minds on fire with terrible thoughts that became a distraction.

As the army moved forward, some began tripping over the stones and others were struck by the missiles. As the missiles hit, if the soldiers did not get up from the ground the vultures would suddenly swoop down and seize upon the person. The vultures would then begin to pick apart the flesh of the fallen soldier. Eating the flesh represented feeding off the carnal nature of the person.

The size of the army became smaller as a result of these attacks. Certain soldiers began to hold up large shields to block the missiles from striking them. Some attempted to hide behind the armor of others. A grandmother was firmly holding onto her shield as her grandchildren were playing carelessly behind her. Suddenly a missile hit one of the children and they fell to the ground. Each person needed their own shield for protection and could not rely upon someone else. One man was attempting to outrun the attackers but was hit from behind. His shield was not up and because he "turned his back" he was defeated. Another soldier was seen falling as he stumbled over a large stone.

The battle became so strong, so intense and so dangerous that the army began to thin. The laughter seemed to cease and the faithful remnant that was not defeated by the stones or taken captive by the missiles closed ranks and began to unite their shields together. They became a strong remnant of battle worn, yet determined believers. They began to dig trenches to take on the final conflict.

Even in the heat of the battle there were moments of joy and rejoicing. Suddenly on the scene a man on a horse appeared. Some in the army left their positions to follow the one riding on the white horse. Again the ranks of the troops became smaller, but the remnant remained strong and determined.

Suddenly a bright light appeared and the remnant could see the city of God. They knew that they had remained steadfast and the battle was now over!

I first reported this vision several years ago and was reviewing notes from previous articles about this. When the young man's vision from the 1970s saw the "white horse," I didn't think much about it when I heard this story in the late 1980s. I was more impressed with the conflict and the results of the battle. However, now that we understand the appearing of the Mahdi of Islam and the tradition that he appears on a white horse, it makes this vision even more amazing. It appears that the white horse rider comes on the scene about the same time that the surviving army sees the city of God and realizes that the battle is over and we are headed to the city of God!

There is another aspect of this vision:
Every believer must secure the whole armor of God. Watching and praying, will keep one from stumbling over the "stones" hidden in your journey. Your shield of faith will ensure your defense against the fiery darts of the enemy! Dig in your heels and "stand when you have done all to stand!"
Perry Stone, Jr.

Prophetic battle lines developing in IRAQ
June 18, 2014
Kurds, known as the Medes in the Bible, seize oil-rich region of northern Iraq, with prophetic implications
The Kurds (Biblical Medes) hate the Arabs and vice versa.
The Kurds are forming into their own nation, increasingly effective military force.
Please keep the Kurdish people in your prayers. There are a growing number of Christians living in Kurdistan.

ISIS Muslim jihadists are on the move towards Baghdad, leaving a trail of bloodshed and carnage in their wake.
ISIS objective is to seize control of all of Iraq, establish a jihadist state under Sharia law, and use Iraq to begin a global Islamic caliphate (kingdom).

If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.  Mark 3:24

Kurds seized Kirkuk for themselves.  (Praise the LORD!)
The Kurds are mostly Sunni Muslims, but not ethnically Arabs, and many Kurds hate the Arabs.
Kurds want their own nation, uniting Kurds living in Iraq, Iran, Syria and Turkey. Yet those national governments oppose creation of Kurdistan.

Bible prophecy indicates that in the End Times, God will allow the Kurds - Medes to gain power - and the Arabs to gain power and rebuild Babylon in the heart of Iraq.

The Book of Revelation indicates Babylon will be the epicenter of evil in the last days.
Prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah and Daniel indicate Babylon will be completely destroyed and uninhabitable.  Isaiah 13:20

Bible prophecy indicates that God will raise up the Medes (Kurds) to be an instrument of judgment against Babylon.
Isaiah 13:17 and Jeremiah 51

Kurds, a beacon of hope

Islam prepares for the Mahdi
June 18, 2014
What are the End Times implications in Iraq and Syria?
Syria setting stage for the Mahdi, the Twelfth Imam, says Ayatollah, but more must be done. Iran reveals thoughts on Shia eschatology.

Ayatollah says events are preparing the way for the Islamic messiah.
Islam calls him the Mahdi, Christians call him the antichrist, and he is alive now and ready to take over the world.
Shia want to actively accelerate his arrival by gaining control of Iraq and Syria and prepare for the annihilation of Israel and the United States.

Reza Khalili article - excerpts -
The 12th Imam Mahdi Coming Is Upon Us.
Sounds like Christians expecting 2nd coming of Christ.
Khamenei stated openly, The promise of allah for The Coming and the establishment of a new Islamic civilization is on its way.

ISIS is Saudi Wahabi Sunni Islam, and Mahdi / Antichrist

Six eye-opening things you might not have known about Islam from a top Shariah lawyer.  Shariah is pure evil - and encroaching on law in USA - fast.  scary
Non Muslims do not have a right to know what Islam teaches.
It is sinful for Muslims to take non-Muslims as friends unless it is for the purpose of using them to accomplish the goals of Islam.
Non-Muslims are not to look down on Muslims or Islam

Ex-Muslim pastor in Idaho
May 26, 2015 Sandpoint  -  Seattle, Washington is full of Muslims
Spokane-area pastor Shahram Hadian is a former Muslim who converted to Christianity.  There are surprisingly many Muslim converts to Christianity out warning about Islam - IN AMERICA - or what once was America before Obama.  Howell worries young people are being indoctrinated to Islam and that followers already have a foothold in parts of the Northwest.

Hadian speaks about the fallacy of a peaceful Islam.  Hadian warns that Islam is not just a religion but a totalitarian system governing people’s lives. Americans must not let political correctness and tolerance keep them sidelined while Islam destroys their way of life.

Obama is a Muslim and Islam is a culture of Death.
Muslims are in darkness, they need to be rescued out of the darkness.

Shahram Hadian fled Iran for U.S.
Hadian sees America losing its freedoms, just like Iran had.  Shahram Hadian was born in Iran in 1971. His father was an army officer and his mother a school teacher.  When Hadian was 7, the family fled to the U.S. ahead of the Iranian Revolution, when the shah was exiled and replaced by the ayatollah.

He was married in 2001, and he and his wife Michelle have 3 sons that they home school.
When Hadian converted to Christianity, he faced persecution and disapproval from his family and culture. Hadian's message to Christians is - prepare for the difficult days ahead, and equip believers to stand strong through increased persecution.

Islam is the religion of War
leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi urged all Muslims to carry guns and fight.
He said Islam was never a religion of peace. Islam is the religion of war.

This generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.

WW3 has begun
ONLY the bible has the NEWS TODAY!
TV, radio, media has no valid news - its all crap.

War for Jerusalem
June 9, 2015 -  ISIL is ALL about Jerusalem!
THAT is WHY Barak Hussein Obama uses ISIL, not ISIS - he includes Israel
About half way thru the video I call ISIS Perry says this -

The impending black flag
The Islamic Hadith states
When you see the black flags (banners), the Mahdi will be among them
Syria and Iraq will submit to them.  They will conquor Jerusalem.
They will have long beards and will come from the east and their names will be their home towns

In Islam their messiah is called Mahdi or the 12th Imam who will come out of IRAQ.
BOTH Sunni and Shia look for their Mahdi.
I always said the Arab spring was the start of the War for Jerusalem.
June 8 in my ZionsCRY news I searched and wrote about the god of forces!
That very evening Perry Stone spoke of this on tv!

Perry Stone mentioned these scriptures,
Daniel 11:38  god of forces (war)
Jeremiah 50

I had posted Dan 11.38 that very morning!
God's confirmation!
Many claim Jeremiah 50 refers to USA.  I dont know.

We are on the brink of the Beast
Try to tolerate this guy, I find his voice obnoxious but listen

Apocalypse, ISIS, Temple
Perry Stone, Manna Fest, June 9, 2015
Black banners rising, DVD Perry Stone
The antiChrist arises out of Syria-Iraq, Babylon
ISIS will have a set back, Persia/IRAN will step in
Perry said this may be old news when we hear it, he made the video in 2014, and yes, its old news.  Persia step into the fighting with ISIS in IRAQ.  Laying the Foundation for the Antichrist in Iraq. An army of black banners to swallow 3 nations, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq, and merge into an Islamic Caliphate - the kingdom of the beast.

This is the thread where I put my research HOURS BEFORE I heard it on TV.  It wasnt easy to find the TV broadcast, but I did - - Apocalypse, ISIS

ARAB SPRING * The Battle for Jerusalem
In July, 2013  Coup in Egypt, General el Sisi dumped Morsi
I believe this greatly delayed the war for Jerusalem

I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:4
