Emergency Management Action Compact (EMAC) has been used for over a decade to assist states during emergencies
by allowing state to send personnel and other equipment across state lines during emergency so that critical public efforts are not interrupted.
EMAC covers legal issues including liability, licensing issues and reimbursements.
Events following Hurricane Katrina illustrated the success of one state backing up another state using EMAC as a mechanism to complete newborn screening.

Proposed changes to the CLIA regulations that will allow patients to request their laboratory results directly from the laboratory performing the tests will be given.

Challenges facing the public health laboratory system and on practical steps laboratory leaders, CDC and APHL can take to
ensure there is one seamless public health laboratory system that continues to safeguard the public’s health.

Mark of the Beast,  RFID Chip Implanted

OneHealth - Trees and animal are equal with man - EVIL

Obamacare law requires an RFID chip implanted in all of us, with your personal information and tracking capability and linked to your bank account.
Page 1004 reads - Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment.
On Sunday March 21, 2010 the Sinate Healthcare bill HR3200 was passed and signed into law the following Tuesday.

A class II implantable device is an implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.
The purpose is to collect data such as claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files.

Just because they were unable by Gods Mercy to implant chips when they wanted to does NOT mean they have given up

RFID Microchip Implants
April  23, 2016
-  No more house keys, car keys or airport boarding passes. Now a microchip injected between your thumb and index finger is just about all you require to identify you positively and replace all of your secure access needs.

Microchipping of humans with implants is snowballing across the world.  There seems to be no stopping this fad.
Its all about security, access, and identity, controll.

RFID technology allows a door to open when you swipe your work ID against a scanner.
The chipping is entirely voluntary and, according to the manufacturers, completely safe.  EXCEPT - THEY ARE NOT SAFE! Forum Index -> HEALTH and Medical NEWS
