MidEast  WAR

May 14, 2010  changed from yellow alert toRED ALERT, then cooled.
Its gone from yellow to orange to RED several times since.

Commentary on the Mideast Situation

http://www.aoreport.com/mag/index...sk=view&id=1325&Itemid=44

February 7, 2010 - Syria and Hezbollah put their military on high alert.  Syria and Hezbollah continue to receive arms shipments from Iran.
Israel is preparing for a military clash, passing out gas masks to all Israeli citizens this month.
The Israeli Navy dispatched 2 warships, missile corvettes, to the Red Sea via the Suez Canal.
Rumors are rampant throughout the Mideast.  Iran President A-jad warned that on February 11 (Thursday), Iran would make a strike.
Iran has crossed a red line which Israel would not tolerate.

US Intel Chiefs Warn of Certainty of
Terror Attack on USA Homeland in Next 90-180 Days

http://www.aoreport.com/mag/index...sk=view&id=1321&Itemid=44

America's top 3 intelligence chiefs testified before the Senate. They were asked if a terrorist attack on the United States was a real likelihood.
Dennis Blair, the head of all US intelligence services responded that it was a CERTAINTY on the continental United States within the next 3 to 6 months.
Should hostilities break out between Israel and Iran, we can also expect to see Iranian terrorist attacks in the United States

(My note - It was a Muslim student who shot the other student in an Alabama school Feb 5th.
The killer had been moved to this new school just this week because he was getting into trouble in his previous school.

IRAN February 11th THREAT
Feb 9, 2010  Iran's spiritual ruler Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said
The Iranian nation with its unity will punch the Western arrogance on Feb. 11 in a way that will leave them stunned!

Some of the claims are dismissed as empty boasts, war of propaganda.
Yet debkafile's military sources say it cannot be lightly dismissed.
Khamenei must have something serious up his sleeve.
I hope this debka link works, their new website is tricky.

Saudis Urge Firm Stance Against Israel

February 9, 2010  -  Reuters
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3846298,00.html

The Saudi government urged a firm stance by the international community regarding what it called threats by Israel against Lebanon, Syria and the Palestinians.
Arabs do not believe Israel should exist, let alone defend itself from an Arab attack.  The Saudis are DEAD WRONG.

They just continue the ongoing attacks on Israel, calling Israel's self defense against Palestinians missile attacks on Israeli civilians - 'inhumane Israeli practices against the Palestinian people.'  The exact opposite of the Saudi accusation is the truth.

Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, responding to Syria's accusation Israel was pushing for a war, said Damascus would be defeated and President Bashar Assad would lose power in any future conflict.
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3844294,00.html

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak earlier said that "the absence of an agreement with Syria could lead to armed conflict that could develop into all-out war".
Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reassured Syria that Israel sought peace after Lieberman's remarks.
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3844619,00.html

The statement followed comments by Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal in which he sought to downplay the significance of his handshake with Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon at a conference in Munich on Saturday.
Prince Turki, an ex-head of Saudi intelligence touted by Western diplomats to be the kingdom's next foreign minister, said the handshake did not mean that the kingdom recognized Israel.

This message came to me concerning Damascus -
Look, the city of Damascus will disappear!
It will become a heap of ruins.  The towns of Aroer will be deserted.
Flocks will graze in the streets and lie down undisturbed, with no one to chase them away.
The fortified towns of Israel will also be destroyed, and the royal power of Damascus will end
.
Isaiah 17

SYRIA CROSSED the LINE

Feb 4 -  Assad's regime will collapse if he provokes Israel.

Syria must give up on its demand for Israeli withdrawal from Golan Heights!  Lieberman warned Syrian President
Bashar Assad that in an event of war with Israel, "not only will you lose the war, you and your family will no longer be in power.
Whoever thinks (Israeli) territorial concessions will separate Syria from the axis of evil is mistaken.
Syria must be made to understand that it has to relinquish its demand (that Israel cede) the Golan Heights."

All Arab Attack on ISRAEL Planned
Feb 1, 2010

US intelligence finds 5,000 Hizballah trained to seize Galilee towns.
UN peacekeepers are cowards and utterly useless.  Iran, Syria, Hizballah and Hamas have drawn up detailed war plans
to send Hizballah brigades across the border to seize 5 sectors of Galilee, while organizing a massive Arab anti-Israel uprising.
Hamas would open a second front in the south and the east.  Syria is expected to step in also.  (And maybe Turkey?)

Iran plans are already well advanced.  Some terrorists plan to take Carmiel.  Iran Revolutionary Guards are already
standing by in Lebanon to capture the northern Israeli town of Shlomi, giving Hizballah control of a key road hub and
prevent Israeli reinforcements from bases in the Galilee.
Capture of the Kadesh Valley would afford Hizballah fire coverage.

Rocket attacks from Lebanon will focus on disabling Israel's strategic military sites, such as air force bases,
missile bases, its nuclear facilities and naval bases.

Syria will open a front on the Golan Heights.  In recent weeks, both Hizballah and Syria have mobilized their forces
while telling the Arab world that Israel is about to attack Lebanon.
That is exactly what ZionsCRY said earlier.

Hellzballah eye Galilee towns

Iran, Syria war talk

Feb 5
War threats from Damascus were backed by massive Iranian airlifts for boosting Syria, Hizballah, and Hamas missile arsenal.
Syria accused Israel of seeking war, while his foreign minister boasted of war on Israel.  The more Arab leaders accuse Israel
of plotting attack on them, the more we know the Arabs plot to attack Israel.  Bibi tried to cool rhetoric from Israel.
Iran ships missiles by air to Damascus, Syria smuggles them into Lebanon to Hizballah, and both get weapons to Hamas.

Arabs CLAIM - Israel prepares to strike Iran (typical Arab lie)
Feb 4 -  Israel prepares to strike Iran from Persian Gulf and Northern Iraq.
I have heard there is an IAF base in NE Iraq.  Arabs are fanning war fever and Syria is beating war drums.
Egypt CLAIMS Israel is preparing to strike Iran.
I interpret Arab claims Israel will strike as an admission Arabs are planning to strike Israel.

Iranian Militia Attack Embassies

Of Italy France and the Dutch

Iranian Basij militiamen have reportedly attacked different embassies in Tehran. Italy claims its embassy was attacked. There are reports that the French embassy was also attacked but there are disputed reports concerning attacks on the Dutch embassy.

The militiamen's activities were sanctioned by the government in an effort to whip up anti-international sentiment among the Iranians in advance of Thursday's Islamic Revolution anniversary. On Thursday, political dissidents had planned to march as many as 3 million protestors into the streets of cities all around the nation. The Iranian regime is attempt to circumvent that into an anti-world fever-pitch and if that fails to halt the political dissidents, then they'll find a justification for a brutal crackdown to take effect.

Netanyahu needs 4 things for an Israeli strike on Iran

February 10, 2010

To give the green light for a military strike against Iranian nuclear facilities, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu requires evidence of a clear and present danger; the assurance of the Israel Defense Forces that it can do the job; domestic support; and also the consent of President Obama, who learned from his predecessors in the Bush family that you should only go to war in the Persian Gulf three years into your presidential term, after congressional elections. Tehran is in the crosshairs, but not before 2011.

Four-star General Kevin Chilton was in Israel last week. He is head of the U.S. Strategic Command, whose sphere of operations includes responsibility for missiles on submarines and in underground silos, as well as bombers and satellites, and computer-network warfare. If American forces were to take part in an offensive campaign against Iran, Chilton would play a significant part in preparing them for battle and in long-distance missile launches, although responsibility for the theater itself would be retained by Gen. David Petraeus, of Central Command.

Chilton, who as a teenager was a surfer in Southern California, deserves to be called Kevin Spacey - he is a veteran of both NASA and the Air Force space command, wearing the wings of an astronaut who peered down at Earth during three space voyages. He well understands the anxiety in Israel. His hosts brought him, as usual, to Yad Vashem. But in his conversation with Israel Air Force commander Ido Nehushtan and Deputy Chief of Staff Benny Gantz, Chilton didn't offer even a hint of readiness to engage in any operational coordination against their mutual rival. On the contrary: He wondered if it might somehow be possible to persuade Iran to abandon its effort to develop nuclear arms, in order to stave off an aggressive confrontation.

Chilton may have been joking when he said that each senior command echelon in the United States has an even more senior command echelon above it - with the only exception being Mrs. Barack Obama - but when it comes to vital matters of foreign affairs and defense, one should never misinterpret: The general expressed Obama's desire to delay the inevitable.

Iran is definitely in Obama's sights. He has ceased courting it, and is girding for the confrontation. But not yet. Evidently, it will not be this year. Thus, if Netanyahu wants to attack Iran, he's going to have to take into account four major indices: substantive need, operational capability, internal support and external consent. Only the confluence of extremely high scores in all four of these areas would allow him to spearhead the decision to launch an operation.

As far as substantive need goes, as of last month, Iran did not yet have nuclear arms. Public pronouncements by senior U.S. intelligence and Pentagon officials more or less corroborate the assessments in Israel: The Iranians possess 1.8 tons of low-grade enriched uranium. Quantitatively, this is more than what is needed for a single bomb, providing the material undergoes additional enrichment to the higher grade required for producing arms. American intelligence agencies estimate that Tehran has not yet made the decision to produce more of the material, after which it would be expected to accelerate progress on a wide front, so as to be able to reach "initial operational capacity" - meaning, between four and six nuclear-tipped missiles positioned in different hiding places, to make it harder for all of them to be destroyed at once in a surprise attack.

Another prerequisite for an Israeli attack, which has prevailed for years, is the state of hostility between Israel and Iran on the terror front, but it is not sufficient by itself to justify a strike. Iran has attacked Israel relentlessly through its proxies in Hezbollah, Hamas and other organizations, via financing, training and direct supervision by the Revolutionary Guard and the foreign terrorist attack division of Iranian intelligence. Israel does not make do with indulgent acceptance of the Iranian attacks. If the Mossad indeed assassinated Mahmoud al-Mabhouh of Hamas in Dubai, the motive most probably had less to do with the past than with the present - namely, with his recent role as a Hamas liaison with Iran, rather than as revenge for the murder of soldiers Ilan Saadon and Avi Sasportas two decades ago.

As for capability: Prior to making a decision on the question of launching an operation against Iran, Netanyahu would need an unequivocal statement from the defense establishment that Israel possesses the military ability to hit targets and accomplish the objectives that will be set, at least in relative terms (i.e., wreaking damage that could be reversed in a few years, as opposed to total destruction from which there could be no recovery).

The four chief advisors to the political echelon in this matter are expected to be Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi, his deputy Gantz, Military Intelligence chief Amos Yadlin and air force commander Nehushtan. It would not be surprising if the opinions are also sought of half a dozen retired senior commanders, who in recent years have constituted a sort of control group consulted prior to critical decisions.

It is possible that a number of officers who have been involved in the Iran issue in recent years would also be asked for opinions, including former deputy chief of staff Dan Harel, Brig.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi, who until recently headed the General Staff's Operations Division, and the air force's Brig.-Gen. Nimrod Sheffer, who was commander of an F-16 squadron and head of the General Staff's Planning Division.

It is reasonable to assume that at any given moment, the officers could say that the operation is feasible, but that only a certain measure of success would be attained. Or that success could be maximal, but that preparations have not yet been completed to contend with the escalation liable to occur on other fronts, including Syria, Hezbollah, Hamas and perhaps the West Bank.

No unity among officers

At any given moment, one can reasonably conclude that there is no unity of opinion among the officers who would be consulted, either when it comes to assessments and or recommendations. Among Gen. Nehushtan's predecessors, Eliezer Shkedi was more belligerent on the Iranian question than Dan Halutz. Seasoned defense officials are aware that special operations, such as the assassination of Mabhouh (if it was indeed carried out by Israel), do not necessarily reflect an army's or nation's capability in war. The attacker always has a momentary and fleeting advantage that does not reflect his capacity to defend and absorb. The Israel that carried out assassinations of Black September operatives in Europe in 1973, for example, was not adequately prepared for the Yom Kippur War.

As for the subject of domestic support, Netanyahu is bleeding, said one of his political rivals this week, no matter what the polls may say. The capitulation of a majority of the cabinet and of the Knesset is preventing an all-out crash, but is not sufficient for him to be able to soar. There is no reverence for the premier. Without an ample measure of political prowess, security leadership and moral authority, you do not take a country into an initiated war, a war of choice.

In terms of external consent, Gens. Chilton and Petraeus and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen, who met Ashkenazi in Brussels last week, have an influence on Obama, but primarily are attentive to his policy, which is mainly concerned this year with stabilizing the economy, disconnecting from Iraq, fighting more effectively in Afghanistan, and easing tension with China and Russia - partly for the purpose of tightening the ring around Iran. The American military sees Iran and North Korea as "regional aggressors" that threaten to spur a nuclear race and to undermine stability at two edges of Asia. The conflict with one of the two, with preference for Iran, is growing closer, but is still possible to prevent.

The spokesman of the Obama administration's National Security Council, Mike Hammer, last month described the transition from dialogue with Tehran to sanctions against it as the "pressure track." Last year was the year of public relations; 2010 is the year of pressure. The crushing blow that comes after the pressure will not be dealt before next year.

Petraeus, in speaking about Iraq and Afghanistan, recently referred to the difference between "Washington time" and "Baghdad, or Kabul, time": Iranian nuclearization is conducted according to Tehran time, but Obama takes a look at the Washington clock and sees in it the congressional elections in November.

During the waiting period, until 2011 arrives, Israel can intensify its intelligence capability, spruce up its military power, and it would also be wise to place at its head a political leadership that can be relied upon.

PostPosted: Thu Feb 11, 2010 4:40 am    Post subject: FALSE REPORT from Arab news Reply with quote

Israel is preparing to invade Lebanon with massive ground troops

THIS REPORT IS BOGUS!
I got an Email report from Israel.  There is NO evacuation, nothing abnormal.
I post it only so you see the LIES of the enemy.

Arab nations surrounding Israel do this nonsense to make themselves feel brave.  They are cowards.

------------

Israel will not spare any kind of weaponry, including phosphorous and cluster bombs.

Israel is secretly evacuating its northern region residents.

Israel intends to create a new security zone inside Lebanon, south of the Litani to enhance her long term occupation.

While the war of words is escalating around the clock between Israel on the one side and Hezbollah and Syria on the other, analysts in the Middle East and Europe strongly believe that war is inevitable and will break out within a few months.

In this scary context, senior Lebanese sources told the Saudi daily Al-Okaz that Hezbollah has announced emergency readiness in all areas of the country where it operates. Senior figures of the organization were asked to exercise greater caution in their movements amid fears they would be targeted by Israel. Hezbollah s leaders are bragging that they are capable of defeating, humiliating and destroying Israel's war machine.

Reliable European intelligence reports in London unveiled on Monday an extensive secretive Israeli ongoing operation to evacuate hundreds of families living in the Galilee settlements adjacent to the border with Lebanon to safer locations inside Israel, especially west Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and surrounding areas.

These families are transported by trucks and buses and priority is given to families with many children, the elderly and the physically disabled. The evacuees' houses are put under the control of the Northern Military Command for reasons not yet known."

A German report that was recently distributed to those concerned in the European Union capitals revealed that there is a serious Israeli military intention to reoccupy the former border strip inside Lebanon with a distance of 5 to 6 kilometers. This strip was known as the "security zone" before the Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon in May 2000.

Initially it was established in the aftermath of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon and occupation of her capital in 1982. The aim was to create a semi-demilitarized zone along the area of Lebanese Christian and some Shiite villages that are scattered near the Israeli border in a bid to safeguard the Jewish settlements from shelling and infiltration.

The same intelligence report quoted Israeli Defense Ministry sources saying that their military engineers have finished putting designs for building two military airports inside the Lebanese "new security zone", which will stretch temporally up to the Litani River in the early stages of the war.

This area has been under the control of the UNIFIL troops since 2006. Israel expects that the UNIFIL troops will withdraw in case the war breaks out. The first airport will be built on the middle and eastern region boundaries towards Shabaa Farms, Mount Hermon; and the second in the western sector region towards the coastal town of Naqoura.

All technical and logistic equipments required for the erection of these two airports are already in locations situated behind the front lines of the Israeli army that is extensively present on the northern border. Analysts say that this kind of preparations gives the impression that Israel is definitely planning for a long-term occupation to the south Litani area. The Israeli occupation accordingly will not endonce the coming military operations cease."

The report quoted the Israeli defense sources saying that the war will actually begin in the northern region of the Litani Rriver and all though the Bekaa Valley and eastern Lebanese mountainous areas that separate Syria and Lebanon because the presence of Hezbollah in the south of the Litani is no longer as heavy as it was in 2006. The UNIFIL troops took control of this region after the 2006 war. The report disclosed that the backbone of the coming Israeli war will be based on two plans:

The first plan is for extensive jet plane aerial bombardment of Hezbollah's scattered military weaponry caches and missile bases with phosphorus and cluster bombs, replicating the kind of devastation the southern suburbs of Beirut (Hezbollah's ministate) suffered during the 2006 war.

The second plan is to execute for the first time, air-landing operations behind Hezbollah's lines after weakening and destroying its bases in the south, Bekaa Valley and Beirut.

These two plans in contrast to the 2006 war aim to practically occupy many Lebanese areas and locations as was the situation in the 1982 invasion led by Ariel Sharon, who occupied Beirut and its surrounding mountainous and coastal areas.

British sources claimed that another European intelligence report prepared by the UNIFIL French contingent in southern Lebanon revealed that the Israeli army command has made ready another SOS war scenario to deal with Syrian and the Palestinian troops who might cross from Syria and enter the Bekaa Valley equipped with advanced anti-aircraft missiles to hunt the Israeli jets.

The scenario speaks about Israeli war inside Syria in a bid to completely destroy these troops. Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Moallem last week threatened that an Israeli attack against Syria would lead to total war.

The report said that 60% of the Israeli air force has already been put on full alert and is well prepared for action on the first day of the coming war in an extensive attack on the Lebanese. Israel is planning to fulfill all its objectives and finish the war within a few weeks. The remaining 40% of the Israeli air force will be ready to join in swiftly and effectively if the Syrian army gets involved.

The same French report added that Israel is determined to make this war the last one on her northern borders. The Jewish military command will not spare any advanced and destructive kind of weaponry that is stored in its caches. Hezbollah will not be the only target within the Shiite regions that are under its control, but also the Lebanese army, all Lebanese institutions and infrastructure. Israel is well convinced that Hezbollah is in full control of the Lebanese government and accordingly its army will not spare the country's infrastructure as was the situation in the 2006 war. Israel is planning to end Hezbollah the same way it ended the PLO in the 1982-1983 war.

IRAN is Now Nuclear
February 11, 2010 - Rioting in Iran kind of spoils Ajad's fun
DUH!  How many years has this gone on?  This is not news.
IRAN President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says Iran is now a nuclear state.
Iran has produced first batch of 20% enriched uranium.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced that they have produced the first package of highly enriched uranium just
two days after beginning the process.  Ajad told hundreds of thousands of cheering Iranians on the anniversary of the foundation of
the Islamic republic that the country was now a nuclear state.
Enriching uranium produces fuel for nuclear power plants can also be used to create material for atomic weapons.

Iran forces clash with protesters   February 11, 2010
Riot police fire tear gas at supporters of opposition leader.
Iranian security forces clashed with opposition supporters when huge crowds flocked to central Tehran to mark the
31st anniversary of the Islamic revolution.  Hundreds of thousands of people, some carrying Iranian flags and pictures of
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in central Tehran.  Security forces fired shots and tear gas at supporters of opposition leader
Mir Hossein Mousavi staging a rally.

Iran tried to cut off internet service to cripple protest organizers. Internet service was sharply slowed,
mobile phone service widely cut and there were repeated disruptions in chat.  IRAN is facing its worst domestic crisis in
30 years as opposition supporters have rallied round the reformists who lost to Ahmadinejad in the election.

Psalm 83 to come against Israel in the last days
http://niv.scripturetext.com/psalms/83.htm

They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: "

Many thought that the Hezbollah/Lebanon War was a fulfillment of Psalms 83,
mainly because of the players in the drama.

"Edom (Jordan), and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines (Palestinians) with the inhabitants of Tyre (lebanon),
Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot."

Let's first identify the various players (with a hat tip to Bill Salus for much of the research)

Ishmael was the eponymous father of the Arabs, his brother Isaac being the father of the Jews. The Ishmaelites most probably refers to the Saudis, but that identification is admittedly speculative.

The Tents of Edom refers to the Palestinians of the West Bank and southern Jordan. The Moabites refers to the Palestinians and central Jordanians.

The Hagarites corresponds with Egypt, Gebal with Hezbollah and the Lebanese. Ammon includes the Palestinians and northern Jordanians, Phillistia corresponds with Hamas and the Gaza Strip.

Last but not least are Assyria (Syria and Kurdish Iraq) and Tyre, (Hezbollah and South Lebanon).
Persia (Iran) doesn't make the list. Iran's fingerprints are all over the battle plan, but the combatants are all Arabs. Iranians are Persians, not Arabs.

The FIRST casualty of war is the truth.  I do my best.

The Truth is

February 13, 2010   by Jerry Golden in Jerusalem
We have an enemy that is unstoppable and must be recognized as our foe and not our friend.  That enemy is time, and the longer Israel waits to attack Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas the more likely it is that we will have to take on others such as Egypt - and consequently more Jews will die in Israeli cities.

America has a problem much like ours here in Israel.  If the freedom loving citizens of the US don't rise up against the Obama administration's destruction of the Constitution they will soon lose the liberties they so cherish.  Time is not on their side, the enemy has diabolically been planning the destruction of the Jews as well as the United States.

All hell is about to break loose and we all know it, but seem to be powerless to do anything about it.   Pray as we may, God's prophetic Word will come to pass regardless of human events..

It would be hard for me to begin an article in a more negative way than this. Yet the time for playing around has long passed,
and it is now time for all of us to look the truth squarely in the face.
There are smoke screens everywhere and it's often hard to see through the haze generated by the controlled media to see any truth.

There is much to be said about the many truths that are in front of us, but there is only one that we need to consider at this time as Believers.
I am sure many will disagree with this -   but that Truth is ISRAEL -
and the only way to hear what God is saying in the end time is to keep your ears and eyes on what is happening here in Israel.

In the past few years I, and others, have written reports out of Israel stating that war was imminent, but somehow it seems time slides by, with many Prophets declaring dates and sudden disaster which never occur

Today, however,  we have many factors confronting us that frankly cannot be denied.  Syria and Iran have re-armed Hezbollah and Hamas.  In Lebanon they now have reportedly tens of thousands of missiles capable of reaching all of Israel's major cities.

Syria has just re-armed Hezbollah with the Fateh-110 missile and it is much more powerful than their SA-2 and SA-3.  It is portable, and powered by solid fuel, allowing it to be set up and fired very quickly.
To add to this threat we also know Syria has tipped many of these missiles with chemical warheads.

Lebanon recently said that they will back an Hezbollah attack on Israel - opening the door for Israel to take out their infrastructure if and when this war starts.  Today, Syria is openly training Hezbollah and supplying these missiles to them. President Assad is openly talking about war with Israel.

All the above is supported and backed by Iran who has, just yesterday,  pronounced themselves to be a "nuclear power"  In doing so they didn't forget to once again state that Israel will soon be erased from the Map.
Bottom line for Israel is that the longer we wait, the stronger the enemy becomes, and the more Jews will die.

The fact is that Israel has already waited far too long for the approval of the US President.
The Israel Air Force (IAF) now finds itself in a difficult situation. The Obama administration will not give the necessary codes for an over-fly of Iraq in order to reach Iran in the shortest amount of time.
In the meantime Israel has moved submarines and warships within range of Iran.

So, for those who keep asking if Israel will attack Iran, the answer, in my opinion, is a resounding YES - and soon.  That brings so many other things, that we hardly dare think of, into play.  It could very likely kick off the next world war and nukes will most certainly be used.  At a minimum the world as we now know it will change overnight. This is certainly not what Israel wants.

Iran is not just an Israeli problem.  BUT, if Israel doesn't do something not only will they be destroyed, but the Islamic terrorists will have the cover of Iran,  and be supplied with nuclear weapons to finish off the US and most of Europe.

Yet we have Russia, China and North Korea continuing to enable and encourage another holocaust that will make Germany's death camps pale by comparison. And for a Jew who lost most of his family there,  this is a lot to say.

There is so much more to all this, yet to mention them will not help any of us at this time.  We just need to know it is coming at a very quick pace now,  and we should be as ready as possible.  So how do you get ready for such an event?

First you bring yourself as close as you possibly can to the Messiah Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus the Holy One of Israel).  Consider your obligation to your family and your loved ones, prepare the best you can to protect them  I-Tim. 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.  I could elaborate forever on that, but you can go to my website where I have prepared many links and articles to help you make some intelligent decisions.  www.thegoldenreport.com

Understand your part as a Grafted in Jew to the natural roots are and consider
Genesis 12:3
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Understand the best you can why God chose the Jew to bring you salvation on the Cross.

First things have to be first, your relationship with God, your family, and then your calling from God, to be obedient.  If God has called you to be a part of this Ministry we accept you with open arms for so much is needed.  But please keep first things first  - your salvation and that of others may be in the balance.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for our son Joel and all the IDF soldiers.  Pray for this Ministry and your part in it.
Shalom,  Jerry Golden

Lebanon opens fire on Israeli warplanes

Amid all the tensions - this.
This has happened before, so whether it will amount to nothing - or ww3 - I dont know.
If the Lebanese army had hit one of the IAF planes, Israel would have retaliated.

Feb 14, 2010
Lebanon opened fire on 4 Israeli warplanes that flew into Lebanese airspace in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley in the central Lebanon.
Israeli warplanes frequently fly over Lebanese airspace on reconnaissance missions.
Israeli officials have said that if Hezbollah installs advanced anti-aircraft batteries in Lebanon, the Israel Air Force will have to alter its overflights of Lebanon significantly.

It appears Iran has nuclear warheads - is working on an atom bomb.
February 19, 2010    If Iran is NOT attacked in hours I will be shocked.
U.N. nuclear agency expresses concerns for first time that Iran working on nuclear warhead.
Covert report also confirms Iran produced its first, small batch of uranium enriched to 20 percent.

IMHO - this scenerio could very well play out...

You've heard all those Obama assassination rumors? No, it's not just Alex Jones doing his usual ranting, other sources(whether good, bad, or whatever) like Glenn Beck have hinted it, and even Stephen Colbert gave off a rather subtle message when he had Michelle Obama on his show. And Lindsey Williams said that the elite are not happy with Obama, and will do everything to make sure he doesn't get re-elected in 3 years(sounded like a HINT to me).

Anyhow - if this goes down(I pray not), then the USA would find an excuse to declare Martial Law, civil unrest of astronomic proportions will break out, and with the whole world turned to all the problems the USA is having, and America having to many problems of their own to have final say over anything Israel does, Israel may find this a very opportune time to attack Iran, and all heck could break loose from there.

I mean in all the latter time prophecies(i.e. Gog Magog war), America is NEVER mentioned(although I think they're Mystery Babylon), while all the final wars that break out are primarily countries in the ME/East.

IRAN and SYRIA to get S-300 Air Defenses

Russia to deliver missile defense to Iran   Aaron Klein
System would make strike against Tehran's nuclear reactors more difficult.
Russia had already announced they would honor its promise to sell the S-300 system to Iran,
who will transfer it also to SYRIA, from where it can also be transferred to the Hezbollah militia in Lebanon.

The sounds of explosions heard along the Lebanese-Syrian border in recent days were caused by the blasting of big rocks in the area
to make a parking lot for Syrian army tanks
