Qatar is that little penis in the Persian Gulf

QATAR as a rising influence in MidEast
Qatar and Iran compete in Gaza
November 23, 2012
 DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
The courtship of Hamas between rivals Iran and Qatar has been one of the Middle East's intriguing subplots of the Arab Spring. The bloodshed in Gaza has now sharpened their competition for influence with the Palestinian militant group and the direction it takes in the future.

Qatar has sought to use its vast wealth to win over Hamas with investments and humanitarian aid and encouraging Arab partners to do the same — part of the hyper-rich U.S. allied nation's broader campaign to bring under its wing Islamist movements that have risen to power in the region the past two years. Qatar's influence with Hamas could edge it away from armed action toward diplomacy.

Iran, meanwhile, is invigorating its longtime role as the builder of the rocket arsenal for Hamas' military wing.

For Hamas, there are benefits in both directions — and it's happy to play both sides. During a celebration rally in Gaza City after an Egyptian-mediated cease-fire came into place ending fighting between Israel and Hamas, Gazans wildly waved flags of Qatar, along with those of Egypt and Turkey, in gratitude for those countries' diplomatic support.

Hamas leader-in-exile Khaled Mashaal based out of Qatar publicly thanked Iran for standing by Gaza with crucial military assistance.
Fighters in Gaza also hailed the new reach of their arsenal, with Iranian-designed Fajr-5 rattling Israel by reaching the outskirts of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

For Qatar, the outreach to Gaza also is part of far wider ambitions to become a major policy-shaper in the Middle East.
The tiny Gulf nation has emerged as a strong backer of the Muslim Brotherhood,
which has risen to power in Tunisia and Egypt after the fall of those countries' autocratic leaders in early 2011.
Qatar is that little hemorrhoid on Arabia in the Persian Gulf.

Hamas wants close ties with Jordan
January  29, 2012
All the better to EAT you, my dear!
The crown prince of Qatar is helping Hamas find a new home, and arranged a meeting for Hamas terror chief Mashaal with Jordan King Abdullah.
However, the ban on Hamas offices in Jordan will not be lifted.
Re-establishing contact with Hamas positions Jordan to mediate between Israel and the Palestinians.
Mashaal holds a Jordanian passport, but he was expelled in 1999 to Syria.
Now Mashaal fled Syria due to all the killing there.

The CURSE of Qatar
February  10, 2012
Qatar will allow Hamas Palestinian terrorist HQ
Hamas Terror Chief Khaled Mashaal will carry out Hamas terrorism from Qatar.
Other Hamas terrorists have relocated from Syria to Beirut, Gaza etc..
Hamas terror chief Khaled Mashaal will not return to Damascus, but will operate from Qatar, the situation in Syria is too dangerous for the lead terrorist.
I find weird humor in that!
Hamas is the spawn of the MB - Muslim Brotherhood.
There is NO difference between Hamas and Mahmoud Abbas and Yassir Arafat.

Al Jazeera buys Gore's Current TV
Jan 3, 2013
Al Jazeera said on Wednesday it will buy Current TV, the struggling cable channel founded by Al Gore and partners, in a move that will boost the Qatar-based broadcaster's footprint in the United States.
Terms were undisclosed, but analysts estimated the deal could be worth as much as $500 million.

Al Jazeera said it would start a new U.S.-based news channel with the acquisition, which will make it available in more than 40 million U.S. households, up from 4.7 million prior to the deal.
The deal brings Al Jazeera, which operates under the patronage of the emir of Qatar and his family, into closer competition with American news channels like CNN, MSNBC and Fox.

Qatar emir hands power to son
Qatar is a powerful enemy of Israel.
It appears from actions that control power is Sunni Muslim, the jihad terrorists.
That Qatar is Sunni is not specified, I have extrapalated.  It has strong links with Sunni MB.

June 25, 2013  DOHA - Succession not seen changing foreign, domestic policy.
Qatar Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani hands power to his 33 year old son, British-educated Crown Prince Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
Sheik Tamim became the next in line to rule in 2003 after his older brother stepped aside.
Arab rulers may voluntarily cede power to try to ensure a smooth succession.  Most die before transfer of power.

Hamad overthrew his father in a bloodless coup in 1995.
Sheik Hamad is suffering from health problems.
Sunni Qatar has played a big role in support to rebels who killed Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011 and to a continuing uprising against Syrian President Bashar Assad.

A cabinet reshuffle is expected as part of the changes, with younger ministers likely to take charge.
Qatar has been dominated by the Al Thani family for almost 150 years.

Is Qatar Sunni or Shia Islam?
I cant quite tell, its mixed, but its behavior suggests Sunni jihad evil is dominent.

AMERICA, SYRIA, and RUSSIA: OPENING the GATES of HELL
What appears to be a conflict with Syria is really a conflict between the U.S. and Russia!

What will the war on Syria look like and sound like?

September 2, 2013  Paul McGuire, NewsWithViews.com
Buchanan and Ron Paul have called this a False Flag.
The Pentagon sent a 6th warship armed with cruise missiles to the Mediterranean Sea.
The guided-missile destroyer Stout will soon join 4 other missile-carrying U.S. destroyers within range of Syria. Each destroyer can carry up to 90 cruise missiles.

What is happening in Syria will affect the entire world because Syria occupies a critical position in the global oil economy.
Oil could soar to $150 a barrel if the Syrian conflict goes hot and draws in Russia and China.

The trouble for Syria began with two things.
-  The discovery of natural gas in the Mediterranean right off the coast of Syria, Lebanon and Israel.
Qatar has Gas and would love to sell it to the EU.

The problem for Qatar in achieving this is their regional big brother Saudi Arabia.
Russia has a deal with Syria that allows it to sell this Natural Gas and Oil to Europe.
Russia now controls the oil coming out of Syria and sold throughout Europe and China.
However, there appears to be a battle for the control of that oil.

The Nabucco Agreement was signed in 2009 to run a natural gas pipeline across Turkey into Austria, bypassing Russia, with Qatar in the mix as a supplier.
The problem for Qatar in achieving this is Saudi Arabia. The Saudis have already said NO.  The only solution for Qatar if it wants to sell its oil is to cut a deal with the U.S.

Recently Exxon Mobile and Qatar Petroleum International have made a $10 Billion deal that allows Exxon Mobile to sell natural gas through a port in Texas to the UK and Mediterranean markets. Qatar stands to make a lot of money and the only thing standing in the way of their aspirations is Syria.

USA HAS GAS
The USA has the largest known supply in the world.
The US plans to smash the monopoly that the Russians have enjoyed for so long.
What appears to be a conflict with Syria is really a conflict between the U.S. and Russia!

The main cities of turmoil and conflict in Syria right now are Damascus, Homs, and Aleppo. These are the same cities that the proposed gas pipelines happen to run through. Qatar is the biggest financier of the Syrian uprising.

The other side of the story is Saudi Arabia, which finances anti-Assad groups in Syria.
The Saudis do not want to be marginalized by Qatar.
They too want to topple Assad and implant their own puppet government, one that would sign off on a pipeline deal and charge Qatar for running their pipes through to Nabucco.

With the strong possibility of the strike from America happening, there is massive fear in the market and oil prices are surging.
The END GAME is to cut Russian lock on natural gas and oil that it supplies to Europe.
If this connection is cut in any way, it will bring severe consequences to the Russian economy as well as Russian natural gas company Gazprom.

Just read the article - yeah...no wonder why even Obama is balking at attacking Syria(at least for now). There are ALOT of complications there people don't realize(including myself).

Wouldn't surprise me that when Syria gets invaded, it won't be b/c of any pre-planning. Ie-let's say there's a massive earthquake in CA(among other things that keep everyone's attentions away from the ME). Ultimately either the Syrian invasion will get green-lit while no one's looking or there will be confusion in the ME to the point where the first missile will get hit there by "accident".
