Hard to gauge how this Copenhagen summit is going - one minute they say it's in chaos(India, Brazil, and China left), but the next minute, they say they have a deal in place. Even Christopher Mockton said everything's already a done deal before this summit started, and Chuck Baldwin said that this treaty is just a BACKBONE of everything - IOW, this OWG isn't exactly going to start right away, but it's a big first step to GRADUALLY bring us there.
Anyhow, if you ask me, all this "chaos" that's being reported is nothing but a stage show, where everything's probably the complete opposite behind the scenes.
