Indoor air can contain different types of pollutants. They contain a vast variety of microbes, nearly 7000 species of bacteria and fungi.Researchers have found that certain materials in household dust can turn on a protein called PPAR-gamma which is responsible for triggering fat cells to grow. Here are some ways in which you can reduce dust at home :

1) Wall to wall carpets can be changed after a certain period of time.
2)  Keep your pets out of the bedroom.
3)  Get rid of unwanted clutter.
4)  Use mite proof cases on mattresses and pillows.
5)  Wash bed linens regularly in hot water
6)  Install a high efficiency media filter in your air conditioning unit.
